Marcel P. Denis, JD, LLM, ESQ. is a highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced attorney with more than fifteen years of broad legal and business background in corporate, commercial, labor, construction, international and human rights law. He holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Rutgers-Newark School of Law, a Masters of Law degree in Intercultural Human Rights from Saint Thomas University and undergraduate degrees in Unban Legal Studies, African Studies and Swahili from CUNY-City College of New York. Marcel attended the School of Visual Art where he learned to sculpt stone. He worked at a fabrication shop in Delray Beach where he learned in-shop fabrication, e.g. countertops, fireplace stalls, etc… He served as an Adjunct Professor at the American University of the Caribbean in the south of Haiti. His teaching interests include history, business law, contract law, sculpting and stone transformation. Marcel’s interest in construction led him to join APAC Group, Inc. where he served as both General Counsel and Manager of Operations. He was responsible for all legal matters affecting APAC and managed day-to-day corporate housekeeping. He was also responsible for project management, field operations, equipment and fleet management, and safety. He has achieved outstanding personal and team results. He finds his greatest motivation in coaching others to perform above and beyond expectations.
