Celestin Odilon, entrepreneur/business owner, is a successful business owner who runs his own bakery and restaurant operation. From 2000 to 2003, Celestin worked as a manager at Family Bakery/restaurant located on 118th Street and NW 7th avenue, where he acquired a wealth of knowledge in management, operation and marketing of baked goods. Having displayed great leadership qualities and management skills within a year of hire, he was entrusted with the responsibility of the day-to-day activities of the business. During that time he served as manager, cashier, cook, manager, bookkeeper, etc… After three years of acquiring sound managerial skills and experience, Celestin ventured out on his own. He opened C&M Sweet in 2003. He dedicated all his working hours to render the company a success. He has established a formidable retail and wholesale operation with the 7th Avenue location. Celestin has proven his ability to lead and manage with his years of experience and savoir-faire in the food industry. To maintain with the latest updates in the industry, Celestin on his own volition and initiative continues his education by taking business and accounting classes as well as attending seminars on small business management and operations. He continues to supplement his cooking skills by taking a refresher course in large scale cooking.
